大長今

Last night I finally finished watching 大長今. It's probably the best tv episode I have ever watched. You know at first I didn't really care about this show because I thought it's just gimmick and you know how ppl watch it because others watch it too.

It was because I was in the hospital and there wasn't much to do, so tv became the only entertianment. After watched it a few nights, I got hooked! Seriously I am not the type of person who always watch the tv episodes but 大長今 is such a good one that I have to catch. Good that my parents bought the DVD so I get to watch it in a short time. Many nights I stayed late just to watch it. I felt I am poisoned haha...

Korean films and tv are getting better and better. I have watched some of their movies and I really like them. I think they are very serious about what they do. 大長今's storyline is very detailed. When you watch it you will find out how each character developed. I also think they picked the right actors/actresses for the show.

My Boring Days

It's been over a week and I have updated my blog here. Well, that's because everyday it's just like another day without much happen. You know now I am home recovering. I don't get to go out and life becomes so bored at the moment. I know some people may want to kill me if they know that all I do at home is to watch tv, play ps2 and guitar, sleep and etc. Guys, I am telling you it's not fun at all if you do these EVERDAY!

Anyway, good to hear some friends just came back to HK from TO. I miss my friends from TO alot. I guess there are more people moving back in the future. I wonder will I get to go to TO this July as I planned to go to my good friend's wedding. But now with my injured leg, I don't know when I get fully recovered.

Best Friend

Last night my best friend Murphy came over to help me fix the computer. Also he went to pick up the PS2 (repaired) for me. Oh yeah he bought me the brand new Beyond Live CDs for me as my birthday gift. What a guy!

We have known for so long. I met him when we went to Catholic church at around 8, 9 years old. Time flies and now we both are over 30. We've gone through a lot of good times and bad times. I am so happy that recently he got a new job with good paid. Murphy's one of the guys I fully trust on. I treasure our friendship alot and our brotherhood will last forever.

Real Madrid 4:2 Barcelona

My favorite football team Barcelona lost the big match to Real Madrid. Barca had much more processions and shots but Real's goalkeeper Casillas had a great game making so many fine saves that helped Real to win the game. Real's counter attack was excellent and effective. Barca gotta strengthen their defense otherwise they won't win next year's CL matches against strong counter attack teams like Chelsea, Juventus, AC Milan etc. Barca's Eto'o was injured and it looked pretty bad. I hope he will be fine as there are still 7 more matches to go.

You Cannot Change The History

I was upset by the fact that the Japanese education department once again allowed the history being changed. Where is the moral? History is always with us. You can change your country's text book but you cannot change the others.

And what's going on with the Chinese Government? Are they going to do something? I really hope so. I am proud to be a Chinese but I can't hide the fact that sometimes I wonder where is our pride? People from China and oversea are protesting now and I really hope to see Chinese Government will do something as well.

We don't need a revenge but we need to keep the history real.

Hospital, Home and Birthday

Finally I am home! Nothing is better than getting home!

I played basketball 9 days ago. I got injured and I torn my archilies tendon. This time is my right leg. 12 years ago, I torn my left side's in April 8. The next day of my birthday.

The doctors and nurses are pretty nice to the patients. Specially the nurses and the cleaning crews, they joked around with us quit a bit. The other patients in my room were also nice people. We talked quite alot. Actually yesterday when I left we traded phone numbers.

Thanks all my friends who came to visit or called me up. I felt touched by all of you guys. Thanks! My family, of course was the biggest support! I love you all!

So today is my birthday and I get to be home to celebrate! I feel so good and blessed because I thought I may have to stay in the hospital still. I hope with a year older, I will be able to do something more challenging and productive! As my company is out of business, so I hope I will find a better job this time. Oh yeah, maybe a girlfriend too. haha!
